Return and Refund Policy — Norpaw
At Norpaw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@norpaw.co with photos of the damage. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged by the customer, items missing original packaging, and items returned after 30 days.
